It was always said, treat those as you would want to be treated. Think about the kind people in your life and how they make you feel. I’m sure you smile every time you think of them. It is likely that you do because kindness lingers, even through the hardest challenges. When other people find a way to love you for who you are, it's impossible to forget trust and confirmation of worthiness, and the kindness that warms your heart.
The greatest gift of kindness to another person is to be in the moment of their presence. Schedule your day differently, and stop being known as the person who always rushes off. Being present means being available; you can only do this if you're not rushing or squeezing in people. Show people you genuinely appreciate who and what they are to you. Hopefully 2020 has made us appreciate life in its simplest form. Realizing who means the most. Cherishing the things we have and ignoring the things we don’t need. Reaching out to those we haven’t seen or talked to in a long time. Some of us were so privileged fulfilling our wants, when others were struggling to meet their needs.
Be kind, you won’t regret it. Be kind, you don‘t know the battle someone is facing. Be kind, you can be the one to turn sad tears into happy ones. Be kind, be careful how you use your words. Be kind, tonight isn’t promised. Be kind, make it apart of your lifestyle. Be more observant of all the nice things other people do for you, then you'll be more ready to do nice things for others. You'll be more aware of how good the kindness of others makes you feel and will feel more inclined to spread the love. Just be kind every single day!
”I think you realize how much you need to have people that you love. It’s not as much about them loving you—it’s about you needing to love people”

For sure... doesn’t cost you nothing to be kind ....
