More Happy Tears

Cry is the one thing we’ve all done. Most of our cries derive from sadness, hurt or anger. A sadness/anger from a loss, fear, disappointments, expectations and breakups. Unfortunately these tears occur more often than tears of joy, excitement, love and laughter. Hmm, why is that? We can’t control the loss of a loved one, but we can control how we make people feel. Why do we choose to make others sad? Is it that we’re so selfish we no longer think of other people’s feelings?

Let’s go the the extra mile to let others know we’re thinking of them. Surprises are great! I love surprises (the good ones), then again not all people do. However, be kind, show empathy, be present, be happy for others...be happy for yourself. Share funny stories to make others laugh until tears fall from their eyes. Unexpectedly tell someone you love them or express something so random but ever so beautiful. Be someone’s light, allow them to be yours. Always remember your happy tears don’t necessarily have to be for your inner joy, your happy tears can be for someone else’s joy. I want to see more happy tears for you and me...don’t you?
